Thomas Gautier is a postdoctoral researcher in our Research Center International Development. He is an applied micro-economist interested in development economics and political economy. In his current work, he is exploring issues related to forced migration and civil conflicts. Thomas received his Ph.D. in May 2021 from Boston University. Before his doctoral studies, he received his B.A. and M.A. in Economics at the Université Catholique de Louvain and at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
