Medium-run perspectives of a sustainable energy supply is an insufficiently discussed issue within the ongoing paradigm change in energy policy. Many problems associated with the exit from Fission technology and the related transition to alternative energies could be solved by Fusion technology.
This article advocates a stronger support for Fusion research activity.
