Rental Price Index
The GREIX rental price index bundles asking rents from several platforms for 37 cities and districts, based on the VALUE Marktdatenbank.
Hedonic indices and monthly cold rents in €/m² are available in annual, quarterly and monthly frequency; GREIX transaction indices offer comparison. Complete data sets incl. comparison can be downloaded as Excel.
Via "Share & Download" Button on each chart, Graphics and their data can also be downloaded and embedded in filtered form. (PNG/PDF; XSLX/CSV)

GREIX is financed by public funding and is a project of the Bonn-Cologne Cluster of Excellence ECONtribute, which is funded by the DFG, and the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, in cooperation with the local expert committees. Its aim is to increase price transparency in the real estate market.
