Steffen Zetzmann

Steffen Zetzmann has been a research fellow in the President's research team since February 2024, and he is part of the Greix - German Real Estate Index research project. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in economics at the University of Mannheim, Graduate School of Economic and Social Sciences. Prior to his Ph.D., he completed two Bachelor's degrees in Economics (B.Sc.) and Philosophy (B.A.) at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg. He earned his Master's degree in Economics (M.Sc.) at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. Steffen's research interests include macrofinance, financial stability, housing markets, and economic resilience.
