Lennart Kaplan is an economist at the Georg-August-University Göttingen (https://www.uni-goettingen.de/) and a Kiel Institute Fellow. He is co-operating closely with the Research Center "International Development" and the "China Initiative" in the project "China in Africa" on topics such as globalization, migration, emerging markets & developing countries and Africa.
