Schleswig-Holstein in the Digital Age

The Global Economic Symposium (GES) presented a conference on "Schleswig-Holstein in the digital age" on 18 September 2017. Here, national and international voices from science, politics, business and society were brought together to highlight the challenges of digitization and to illuminate options for action; with a special focus on Schleswig-Holstein. The conference took place in the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Kiel during the “Digitale Woche Kiel”.

The conference was organized by the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, with the support of the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the State Chancellery, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Transport, Labor, Technology and Tourism, the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture and the City of Kiel.
