RETHINK-GSCs final policy conference

Geopolitical tensions and profound changes in the structure of the global economy are transforming global supply chains while they remain as important as ever. This makes it more important than ever to understand their structure and dynamic, and the role of service inputs. The Horizon Europe project RETHINK-GSC set out to do exactly that: deepen our understanding of global supply chain by investigating their impact on the economy, environment and society; evaluating their resilience to shocks and by developing new methodologies to investigate the role of services and knowledge flows in the global economy. In this event, we will present the results from this research conducted by more than 30 researchers at 11 institutions, and the learnings that can be derived from it for policy.
